Orchestrator Service
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Orchestrator Service (orchestrator) is the central brain of the MRI system. It is responsible for Service Orchestration, coordinating business workflows and managing communication between different microservices.
Responsibilities
Section titled “Responsibilities”- Workflow Management: Defines and executes complex business processes.
- Coordination: Directs calls to other services (Notifier, Worker OCR, etc.) based on workflow logic.
- State Management: Tracks the state of long-running processes (Sagas).
- Central Logic: Houses the core business rules that span multiple domains.
